Since 1992 Shadhika has helped thousands of girls realize their aspirations for a better future.

kim-and-girlsIn 2013 we completed a new strategic plan and outlined the following goals and indicators to chart our impact going forward. Annually, we will be reporting on these indicators  to assess and monitor our effectiveness.
